EricArt Photography allows you to access the Ericart/Vertical Rush website. However, you do not have permission to download any part of the website except with the express permission of EricArt.
Delivery
Prints ordered will be delivered by first class post within one week of receiving the order. If goods are not posted on time, any packaging and postal fees will be refunded. Please note – EricArt cannot be held responsible for any untimely postal services.
Refunds
Although EricArt strive for the highest quality of images, refunds will be granted if images are not deemed to be of a professional standard by EricArt.
Privacy
Personal details are required so that your order can be processed. Accordingly, unless you expressly object in writing to the address below, EricArt will keep your contact details on file so that EricArt may contact you in relation to it’s photography and any related business services.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure to supply a product or service where that failure is wholly caused by an event we could not reasonably foresee, forestall or prevent. This may include (but is not limited to) acts of war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
